Tully Student Showcased on Channel Nine News

Students in Miss Gazdik’s and Mrs. Killmore’s eighth grade classes spent a week creating masks for make a wish foundation annual charity ball. Their masks will be used as favors for the party goers. The following week eighth grade students were treated to a visit From Mrs. Barnello from make a wish foundation. Mrs. Barnello explained to students what the foundation does for ill kids and that the ball is the charities main fundraiser. Last year the ball helped raise funds to grant over 67 wishes to ill children. Also visiting that day was Mike price from Channel nine news. He interviewed several students and they were show cased on good news section of the six o’clock news.
