The 7th and 8th grade JH International Club members enjoyed cheese fondue and Swiss chocolate as they toured through France and Switzerland with Mrs. Sheldon, a trip that she recently took. Her adventures began in France at the beautiful Lac d'Annecy (Lake Annecy) where artistic sculptures adorn canals and bridges. While there, she enjoyed local cuisine including fried fish (like smelt). Continuing on to Switzerland, she visited ice caves, rode cable cars, hiked the Alps, and visited 12th century castles, churches, and museums. The pictures that Mrs. Sheldon shared were breathtaking and showed some of the beauty in our world. Thank you, Mrs. Sheldon, for sharing your adventure with us!
