Tully's Robotics Team is moving on to the New York State Excelsior Region State Championships!

Precision Cut-Ups Team 8863 is a community based FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Team made up of 14 high school aged students.  This past weekend, the team competed against 26 other robotics teams at the Corning Qualifiers.  The team came in 3rd place overall winning an Inspire Award! The team also won 1st place for the Motivate Award for being a team that makes a collective effort to make FIRST known throughout their community and sparks others to embrace the culture of FIRST.  The team also won 3rd place for the Control Award. The Control Award is given to the team that demonstrates innovative thinking in the control system of their robot to solve game challenges.

Let's cheer the team on as they move on to their next competition in Clarkson on January 12, the State Championships on January 20, and then on to Vermont in late February!
