Rauber, Edinger Take the Lead

The Girls' Cross Country Class D State meet ended on a great note for Tully. All the girls raced hard and they earned a 3rd place title as a team. Individually, Brooke Rauber won her 4th consecutive Champion title for crossing the finish line first with a time of 16:01.2. Freshman Katie Edinger was close behind, earning 3rd place at a time of 17:58.2. Congratulations to Brooke, Katie, and all team members on a fantastic season! Tully is proud!

*Update: After her fourth straight New York Class D State Championship in New York, Brooke Rauber ran away with National Performer of the Week honors, winning over the period spanning Nov. 11-17. The Tully High School junior clocked 16:01.20 for 3-miles, which was just over 100 seconds faster than the second-place performer on the day in Plattsburgh. That led to over 61-percent of the vote and a resounding win, so a big kudos goes out to Rauber, our favorite distance-running goat trainer from New York.
