Rauber Heads to Pan Am XC Cup in Canada

Brooke Rauber, Tully’s cross country extraordinaire, won the USATF Cross Country Championships late January in San Diego, California. She was ahead of her high school and college competitors by 36 seconds when she crossed the finish line. Rauber has worked long and hard for the chance at the Pan American Cross Country Cup being held in Victoria, Canada during February. Because of her success in San Diego, her trek to Canada is secured. She will be representing USA once there. Rauber has been setting records fast and furiously this year. Not long before racing in San Diego, she broke the Section III indoor track 1500-meter record with a 4:28.70 during the Jack Reed Showcase at Nazareth College, which is also a new school record and the 4th fastest time for the 1500 ever run by a junior in NY state. Congratulations to Brooke! Her Tully fan base will be cheering for her success in Canada!
