Floyd Helps Create Fun During School Closing

During the time of schools closing due to the pandemic, Mrs. Murphy and her dog, Floyd, found a way to stay connected with the JSHS students while having a little fun. Mrs. Murphy took a video of Floyd asking students (with parental permission) to submit a twenty second clip of themselves lip syncing to a song that would portray how they felt about the coronavirus. Any student that submitted a video would then be put in a drawing. After several submissions, Sarah Daddona won a $25 gift card to Dunkin' Donuts, and to lighten things up, a roll of Tully Central toilet paper. Students, teachers, and administration have all pulled together to make these times a little more bearable. Watch the video below!
