Spirit Week? How About Spirit Month?!
With students on campus during different days according to their cohorts, the Senior High Student Council decided that a Spirit Week just wouldn’t cut it. Instead, a Spirit Month was created so each cohort could enjoy dressing up with the specific theme designated for the particular day. Remote students sent in pictures of their spirit from home. The JSHS enjoyed two days each of Sports Day, Tully Pride Day, Retro Day, Tie-Dye versus Camo Day, ‘Merica Day, Hat Day, and Ugly Sweater Day. The French and Spanish National Honor Society also got in on the holiday fun by wrapping lockers in festive paper when the hallways were empty. A Senior Mr. and Mrs. Claus were announced at the end of Spirit Month as a great send-off to the students and staff as they went into the holiday recess.
