Thank you to everyone who supported us Friday night, June 18, in our first ever Relay For Life of Tully.  It was an amazing event and a great success.  We had 35 Teams, 448 participants and 61 cancer survivors registered for Relay.  At the closing of our American Cancer Society event $45,000 was raised.  Just 5 days later, the total jumped to $48,500!  Additional contributions are accepted until August 31, including matching gifts.  As of June 28, we have raised $50,000 for American Cancer Society!  For more information on the Matching Gift Program click on the link at the bottom of this page.  With the money raised we hope cancer survivors, our loved ones, will see more and more birthdays. 

A special thank you goes to our sponsors and cancer fact sign donors, team captains and their team members, cancer survivors and their caregivers, and volunteers of all ages who joined us in making Relay For Life of Tully a celebration to remember. 

We also want to acknowledge and thank the Tully Jr/Sr High School for hosting the event and our two photographers, Paige Herrick and Carly Fowler, who are Tully graduates of the class of 2010.  Congratulations!  

For those of you who were sleeping at midnight during the very entertaining Miss Relay Contest where guys dress up like gals and compete for Miss Relay and pass their purse to raise money, the winner of  Miss Relay For Life of Tully 2010 is Galen Velonis!  Congratulations Galen!   Thank you to all 7 contestants who collected over $300 in donations!  It was a great performance by all!
