Red Riding Hood Stops at TES

All students at the elementary school were treated to a special visit from Red Riding Hood in November. This tale as old as time was performed by Syracuse Stage in the newly renovated TES auditorium. The story was a spinoff from the original tale of Red Riding Hood with the characters switching roles due to a magic red cap. Students enjoyed scenes depicting an Amazon delivery, a chase through the woods, and the characters of Red and Granny rowing through the wolf’s belly to find the exit. Curious students were able to ask questions about the actors and props afterward. With a little humor and lots of interaction from the audience, Red Riding’s stop at TES was a fun one. A special thanks goes out to the PTO for sponsoring this event!
